The new name of the rental services subsidiary of Rent-A-PC is now Rent-A-PC/AllService. The combined revenues of the new firm will be in excess of $20 million annually, making
Rent-A-PC/AllService one of the largest technology rental firms in the country. With Rent-A-PC incorporated in 1984 and ASCR in 1985, both companies alone have proven histories going back to the initial use of personal computers in American corporations. Separately, each company has had an exclusive focus on corporate rentals making up a combined
"Who's Who" client list of blue chip corporate America. Together, the company has ten offices from Boston to Miami, including a large facility in Southern California.

The combined firm, Rent-A-PC/AllService, will focus on three core competencies:

• Short term corporate rentals of computer and audio visual products and services
• Trade shows and corporate events planning and management.
• Support of litigation related activities for the legal industry.

In addition, the company has a networking and network management subsidiary, All Service Networking Solutions, and a disaster recovery subsidiary, Contingency Planning Associates.
