Internal messaging, external messaging & cyber-café – combined! The nearest competitor must set-up two to three times the equipment to provide all three of these services!

Excellent opportunity for Exhibitor (or other) sponsorships. You can offer Exhibitor sponsorships as an added-value service or they can be revenue producers for you. Kiosks can be branded with Sponsor’s graphics on the hardware and software! Each outgoing message footer can include Sponsor’s graphics/logo and hyperlink to Sponsor’s web site.
Service is active thirty days before and after the Show. The service is accessible via a link on the Show’s website. Exhibitors and Attendees can communicate before, during and after the Show. Users can check their MyExpoMail account from any Internet connection.

Users set their own E-mail preferences. Including: personalized signature; carbon copy to their regular E-mail address; request information from Sponsor; and ability to read and manage messages from an external email account.
Show Organizer communication with Attendees. Show Organizers can broadcast messages to all or part of the Show registration file; for example advising Attendees of last minute changes to the Conference Program.
